Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or above.
• Knowledge in inventory management and computer literate in Microsoft Office.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to converse in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Custom clearance, custom form, K1 K2 K3 experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics operations and coordinate transportation activities
• Monitor the movement of goods and ensure they are delivered on time
• Negotiate and establish contracts with suppliers, carriers and customers
• Monitor and manage inventory levels in the warehouse
• Develop and implement strategies for the efficient distribution of goods
• Monitor and optimize the supply chain process
• Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Oversee the loading and unloading of goods
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve issues
