Qualifications

• Preferred experience in courier or postal services.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for all inbound and outbound operations.
• Coordinating delivery arrangements, liaising with the riders/drivers/sub-contractors, attending to customers inquiries, etc
• Handles administrative matters such as reports preparation, data entry, filing, etc
• Maintain and improve warehouse operations to maximize the utilization of space and productivity
