Job summary

Connor Manufacturing Services (JB) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, plan transportation, and manage distribution activities in Kulai.

You will track shipments, maintain inventory, prepare shipping documents, liaise with suppliers and customers, and resolve delays while ensuring compliance and cost control.

Experience with K1 and K2 forms is a plus; the role supports a growing Asia-Pacific operation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Plan and manage transportation, delivery schedules, and distribution activities.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Prepare shipping documents, purchase orders, invoices, and customs documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, and customers.
• Resolve logistics issues, delays, and delivery discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor logistics costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Ensure have experience for submit K1 & K2 form.
