Job summary

S PRO GLOBAL SOLUTIONS SDN BHD in Johor, Malaysia, seeks a Logistics & Materials Coordinator to oversee the movement, storage, and control of materials to ensure smooth operations across sites. You will support inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, supplier coordination, and documentation for logistics and project needs.

The ideal candidate holds SPM or equivalent in logistics or related field, with experience in warehouse or inventory management, and proficiency with Excel and basic inventory

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field is required.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
• Able to handle physical tasks (loading/unloading coordination).
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate records of materials stored at office, site stores, and temporary holding areas
• Ensure proper labelling, organization, and tracking of all incoming and outgoing materials
• Monitor stock levels across multiple locations and highlight shortages or excess stock
• Conduct periodic stock checks and reconciliation between physical and system records
• Arrange and coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries
• Liaise with transporters, forwarders, and suppliers for timely shipments
• Ensure delivery schedules are met according to operational requirements
• Prepare and verify delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents
• Support procurement team in tracking purchase orders and delivery status
• Maintain proper filing system for DO, invoices, and logistics records
