Logistics Manager / Assistant Logistic Manager
Responsibilities
  • 3PL service provider management to ensure reliable and cost‑effective delivery services
  • Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs
  • Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency in storage capacity, pick & pack, FIFO process, VAS solutions, etc.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate the movement of goods and ensure timely deliveries
  • Track and trace the cost performance of the supply chain with respect to business performance in alignment with contractual terms
  • Create and manage logistics movement dashboards accurately to provide reports to stakeholders
  • Negotiate freight rates with logistics service providers for overall service quality and quantity, and ensure all stock is pulled and loaded into the delivery vehicle with accompanying and necessary documents
  • Manage essential shipping documents and bank credit applications between shipper, consignee, forwarder, etc.
  • Respond to and resolve complaints and problems in a timely manner
Education
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree level in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Major in logistics is an added advantage
Skills
  • Inbound & outbound process flows, forecast & inventory management, distribution strategies, etc. Retail product management is an added advantage
Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in warehousing & distribution, shipping experiences, or equivalent in a similar position. Experience in Retail / Fashion industry is an added advantage
