• Operations Support: register Consol and issue Shippers instruction.
• Information Support: respond to queries and access relevant files.
• Document Review: check completed work for accuracy.
• Relationship Management: communicate with stakeholders via email.
• Data Protection: keep sensitive information confidential.
• Workflow Optimization: explore process improvements through CI initiatives.

Logistics Intern - August / September Intake

Data Management: Enter and maintain operational data accurately in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Shipment Booking: Create Quick Booking according to the Booking confirmation in Cargo Wise system

Operations Support: Responsible to register Consol and proceed with issuance of Shippers instruction

Information Support: Respond to queries for information and access relevant files

Document Review: Check completed work for accuracy

Relationship Management: Proactively communicate with stakeholders via email

Data Protection: Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential

Workflow Optimization: Explore process improvement through Continuous Improvement initiative

Requirements :

Education: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy skills.

Placement: Available for at least 3 - 6 months (Final-year students, don't miss out!).

Team Bonding: A great team player with excellent communication skills.

Dynamic Work Environment: Quick to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
