Job summary

JD Industrials invites applications for the Logistics Fulfillment Operations Intern (Class of 2027). You will receive systematic training in logistics fulfillment management, operational optimization and supply chain system construction while gaining hands-on experience in real industrial logistics scenarios.

Open to Class of 2027 graduates, you should be bilingual in English and Chinese, able to start ASAP, commit to 5 days per week, for a 3–6 month internship, with potential for full-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields.
• Solid understanding of fulfillment operations and KPI systems.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build KPI systems and standardize processes.
• Excellent cross-team communication and execution in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine fulfillment KPI systems and standardize processes.
• Diagnose pain points in fulfillment, design solutions, drive optimization.
• Coordinate resources, optimize rider management, enhance supply stability.
• Study best practices, design new models, promote pilots.
