Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of shipping/logistics is an advantage.
- At least 1 year experience in Forwarding/Logistics/Shipping Line is preferable.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Be responsible, disciplined, and committed to work
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Prepare customs clearance documents (K1, K2, K8, K9, Singapore Permit CCP)
- Monitor customs clearance status and response from the authority
- Coordinate with customers, transporters, and authorities
- Monitor shipment status and delivery schedules
- Handle shipping and customs documentation
- Ensure accurate data entry and filing
- To do proper filing and manage files for all related documents
- Assist in daily logistics and operational matters
