Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain all documentation related to inward and outward shipments.
• Process and declare permits through the TradeNet system in compliance with customs requirements.
• Verify shipment documents such as permits, invoices, and CN.
• Prepare and update loading plans according to customer bookings and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure all required documents are complete and provided to drivers before departure; maintain filing records.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve documentation discrepancies promptly.
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and supervisor instructions.
