Job summary

Valiant Advance Technology is seeking a Warehouse & Logistic Assistant cum Despatch to support daily warehouse and logistics operations in Shah Alam. The role covers receiving, storing, packing, and delivering goods, plus despatch duties to customers and suppliers, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years’ related experience, a valid driving licence, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

2–3 years of working experience in a similar warehouse, logistics, or despatch role.
Possess a valid driving licence.
Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading activities.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to perform hands-on warehouse and delivery duties.
Forklift driving skills/certification will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with warehouse and delivery procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
Prepare and label incoming materials for production.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery according to schedule.
Arrange and coordinate deliveries.
Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
Organise and maintain proper warehouse storage.
Perform despatch duties, including delivering goods to customers, suppliers, and other locations.
Ensure all deliveries are handled safely and delivered on time.
Maintain proper documentation for goods received and delivered.
