Job summary

NITORI Group, headquartered in Japan, is expanding its logistics team in Shah Alam and seeks a Logistics Representative to support warehouse and delivery operations from the local site.

You will coordinate with customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries, handle daily administrative tasks, and perform ad-hoc duties as directed by management. Proficiency in English and MS Office is required; SPM or higher is expected. Japanese language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in business level English.
• Must have knowledge of using computer and MS Office(Excel), good computer literacy.
• Must have minimum a SPM or above.
• Preferable : Working experience in Logistics/Retail Shop/Call center.
• Preferable : Working experience of Office Clerk.
• Preferable : Japanese language skill.
• Preferable : Excel/PowerPoint skill/V-LOOKUP.X-LOOKUP (skills such as formula for table creation).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liase with customers' calls/transporter/warehouse/internal on the day operation, enquiries on delivery operations and monitoring delivery to ensure delivery on time.
• Liaise with delivery staff/stores on delivery operations.
• Communicate and coordinate with partner company.
• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by Management from time to time.
• To do product inspection to identify any possible defect
• Document preparation a day before delivery
• Able to outstation when required.
