Job summary

Nitori Group Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Representative based in Shah Alam to support warehouse and delivery operations. You will coordinate with customers, transporters and stores to ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

The role requires basic computer literacy, English business communication, and the ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends. Prior logistics or retail experience is preferred; proficiency with Excel and office tools

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in business-level English.
• Must have knowledge of using computer and MS Office (Excel), good computer literacy.
• Must have minimum a SPM or above.
• Preferable: working experience in Logistics/Retail Shop/Call center.
• Preferable: working experience of Office Clerk.
• Preferable: Japanese language skill.
• Preferable: Excel/PowerPoint skill, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
• Coordinate and liaise with customers, transporters, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaise with delivery staff/stores on delivery operations.
• Communicate and coordinate with partner company.
• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
• Product inspection to identify defects.
• Document preparation a day before delivery.
• Able to outstation when required.

By the end of 2025, Nitori have 13 stores located in Klang Valley, JB, and Penang.

Job Description Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and liase with customers' calls/transporter/warehouse/internal on the day operation, enquiries on delivery operations and monitoring delivery to ensure delivery on time.
• Liaise with delivery staff/stores on delivery operations.
• Communicate and coordinate with partner company.
• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by Management from time to time.
• To do product inspection to identify any possible defect
• Document preparation a day before delivery
• Able to outstation when required
