Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily logistics, warehouse, transportation, and distribution activities.
• Plan daily manpower allocation and ensure adequate resources are available to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery and collection.
• Coordinate with customers, transporters, drivers, warehouse teams, and other departments on operational requirements.
• Monitor employees' productivity, attendance, punctuality, overtime, and overall work performance.
• Ensure logistics and shipment documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
