Job summary

Neoasia Group in Malaysia seeks a Logistics Coordinator to support daily import, export, inventory, and shipping operations. You will collaborate with warehouse, sales, finance, suppliers, and regional teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of goods and shipments.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field and 1–3 years of experience in logistics. SAP experience and strong Excel skills are preferred, with good English communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process goods receiving and inventory transactions in SAP.
• Prepare import, export, and shipping documents.

• Process stock transfers, loan orders, and return shipments.
• Check freight, shipping, and duty invoices for accuracy.
• Manage marine insurance declarations and assist with claims when required.
• Maintain proper shipping and inventory records for audit purposes.
• Support stock counts, inventory audits, and other logistics projects.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
