Job summary

Intel Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Business Analyst to lead cross-functional efforts for site startups and multi-program integrations. You will review, input, and approve configuration, testing, security, integration, cutover planning, and UAT documentation to ensure alignment with industry best practices.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics BA, experience with SAP/WMS, and a track record of leading transformation, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, IT, or business-related field.
5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar in logistics.
Experience in transformation, process improvement, change management.
Experience in SAP, WMS or other software.
Semiconductor logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure supplier and system readiness for new site start up and programs.
Analyze business problems, gather requirements, and map data to processes.
Approve process flows, solution design, and fit-gap analyses.
Define security roles and controls for logistics.
Lead testing, integration, and user acceptance activities.
Support cutover planning and data migration.
Monitor KPIs and report to senior stakeholders.
Stabilize and transition programs to MOB.
