Job summary

Intel Corporation, located in Malaysia, Penang, seeks a Logistics Business Analyst to drive program success and continuous improvements within logistics systems. You will review and approve configuration, testing, security, integration, cutover plans, and UAT, while aligning processes with best practices.

You will lead site startup and supplier integration across multiple programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar in logistics.
• Experience in transformation, process improvement, change management, and leading matrixed teams.
• Experience with SAP, WMS or other software.

Responsibilities

• Review, input, and approve documents and scripts related to configuration, testing, security, integration, cutover planning, and UAT.
• Lead supplier integration for new site startup and multiple programs.
• Collaborate on process flows, design decisions, and gap analyses.
• Define security roles and controls for logistics processes and analytics requirements.
• Support testing, data validation, and cutover planning activities.
