Job summary

Sleep Focus Sdn Bhd in Nilai (Negeri Sembilan) is seeking a logistics assistant to manage orders, verify items, count stock, and communicate with customers and suppliers. You will coordinate with shipping companies and help book transport routes while preparing packing lists and invoices.

The role requires basic math skills, multilingual communication in BM/English/Mandarin, and willingness to work overtime. Working hours align with standard business days, with alternating Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in the same or similar field.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Simple English or Mandarin.
• Basic mathematics calculations.
• Willing to work overtime.

• 1. With past working experience in same of similar field of work.
• 2. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, Simple English or Mandarin. We are also seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• 3. Common Mathematics calculations knowledge.
• 4.Willing to work overtime when required.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday - 8:30AM to 5:30PM
• Saturday - 8:30AM to 01:00PM (Alternate Saturday Off)
• Sunday - Off Day
