Job summary

7Stonez Holidays is seeking a Logistics and Operations Support Assistant to coordinate and monitor daily logistics activities, and to transport staff between sites safely. The role also requires ensuring vehicles are well maintained and compliant with safety policies.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree with at least 1 year in logistics, and is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The position requires staying and working at Genting Permai, with hostel accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree.
• At least 1 year working experience in logistics-related positions.
• Hotel/accommodation/short stay/homestay experience is an advantage.
• Young, energetic, eager to learn and grow with the company.
• Good communication and guest servicing skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics activities.
• Transport staff safely and punctually between designated locations.
• Ensure assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Provide basic support for daily operational activities.
• Report vehicle issues, maintenance requirements, or incidents promptly.
• Follow company safety policies and traffic regulations at all times.
• Perform other logistics and operational support duties as assigned by management.

SALARY PACKAGE : RM 2,100 - RM 2,300

LOCATION : Work & stay at Genting Permai/Midhill- Hostel Provided

• 1) Minimum Diploma in any field.
• 2) MUST have minimum 1 year working experience in Logistics related positions
• 3) Past working experience in Hotel industry/ Accommodation / Short stay/Homestay is advantage.
• 4) Looking for young, energetic, innovative person who is eager to learn and grow with our company.
• 5) Good in Communication Skill and Guest Servicing.
• 6) MUST be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• 7) MUST be able to work 6 working days (off day on weekdays)
• 8) MUST be able to Stay & Work in GENTING PERMAI. (Hostel is provided)
