Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation in Malaysia’s Penang region seeks a Logistics Analyst to support movement of materials and finished goods. You will monitor logistics performance, assist import/export activities, and coordinate with external partners to improve lead times and service levels.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP/WMS. You will work with internal teams and external carriers to ensure smooth shipments and accurate monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with shipment coordination and customs procedures.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly operational and financial reports on logistics metrics.
• Monitor carrier performance and address service issues.
• Analyze lead times and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate ground, air, and ocean freight.
• Support warehousing and finished goods logistics.
• Handle import/export shipments and customs requirements.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PLs.
