Job summary

Flex is a global leader in diversified manufacturing, empowering brands to design, build and deliver innovative products. The Logistics Coordinator in Penang will coordinate daily shipping activities, ensure finished goods are packed and routed correctly, and liaise with forwarders to schedule pickups.

You will support the program and warehouse teams to meet on-time delivery and compliant logistics processes.

Qualifications

Coordinate daily logistic activities according to SOP.
Check that Finished Goods are arranged correctly for shipment.
Ensure accurate system transactions and invoicing to customers.
Update shipping details including packing, shipping and routing.
Plan shipment schedules and coordinate with Program and Warehouse teams.
Collaborate with forwarders for pickup and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Program Team & Warehouse Team for shipment arrangements.
Work with forwarders to schedule pickup.
Ensure on-time delivery according to the shipment plan.
Support continuous improvement of logistics processes.
Ensure shipments comply with customs and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary

Coordinate daily logistic activities and execute according to SOP
Check to ensure all Finished Goods are arranged correctly for shipment
Ensure proper system transaction and correct invoice to customers
Update shipping details such as packing, shipping, and routing of product.
Planning on shipment schedule
To coordinate with Program Team & Warehouse Team for shipment arrangement
To work with forwarders for shipment pick up schedule
Ensure on time delivery according to shipment plan
Support Logistics Operational Processes and Continuous Improvement Project
Streamline shipping process and ensure continuous improvement to standard logistics process.
Ensure that movement of goods are compliance to legal and statutory requirement (Customs & Compliance).
Responsible for Safety and 5S in warehouse by ensure subordinates adhere/comply to 5S principles, Security and Safety Compliances at workplace
