Job summary

Goodealbb Trading in Malaysia is seeking a diligent Logistics/Warehouse Support intern or entry-level staff who is currently pursuing or has recently completed a Diploma/ Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, is required, along with strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse duties (e.g., lifting, moving stock, standing for extended periods).
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Operations Support: Assist in daily warehouse flow, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory records, update stock levels, and support regular stock checks and audits.
• Documentation: Prepare and process essential warehouse documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Stock Transfers, and Goods Received Notes (GRN).
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with courier services and logistics partners to arrange shipments and track deliveries.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe by maintaining proper storage arrangements.
• Problem Solving: Assist in resolving logistical discrepancies or warehouse-related issues as they arise.
