Job Descriptions:
Coordinate between shipper, shipping agent and internal supply chain on the importation of goods.
Handling and managing import related shipping documentations.
Monitoring the shipment status and coordinates with the suppliers, agents and internal stakeholders for customs clearance and to meet expected delivery time.
Prepare and submit Sales & Service Tax (SST) related reports to Finance & Customs.
Make sure that the business operations comply with company procedures and policy, Malaysian law and its practice
Check the completeness and accuracy of shipping documentation and ensure that submissions are made immediately to transporters or freight forwarders in order to avoid delays and minimize or reduce storage charges.
Liaise with freight forwarder/ liners to obtain best freight rates, inland transportation rate and insurance rate and also sailing schedule base on agreed delivery term.
Work effectively across the organizations to ensure successful execution of supply chain support on many integrated efforts.
Internal coordination with sales, finance, warehouse, haulage, transport, logistic department and other related department and external parties to fulfil agent's or customer's requirements.
Requirements:
Experience in handling LMW license is required.
Ability to speak and write fluently in Mandarin, Malay, and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Liaise with Custom Malaysia for any new changes in regulations
Perform other adhoc tasks which will be assigned from time to time.
