Job summary

RT 1994 OPTICAL SDN BHD is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage inventory movement of frames, lenses, contact lenses, and accessories. You will coordinate transportation, ensuring timely delivery to retail outlets, and work with Lens & Contact Lens and Frame Departments to meet dispatch timelines.

You will also ensure accurate picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery documentation, track deliveries, and resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies while coordinating with vendors, optical labs,

• Manage inventory movement of frames, lenses, contact lenses, and accessories
• Coordinate transportation and timely delivery of all items to retail outlets
• Work closely with Lens & Contact Lens and Frame Departments to meet dispatch timelines
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery documentation
• Track deliveries and resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies
• Coordinate with vendors, optical labs, and transport partners
• Maintain logistics and inventory records in ERP/POS systems
• Support stock audits, returns, inter-store transfers, and replenishment activities
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality, and safety standards
