Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, finance, banking, or related field.
• Strong numeric and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and dashboards.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document reviews.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance of Centralised Credit Processing and Business Enablement.
• Assist admin team with daily tasks and ensure cases follow procedures.
• Coordinate with branches, sales teams, banks, and internal stakeholders to gather documents.
• Prepare and route hire purchase applications per guidelines and bank requirements.
• Update trackers, dashboards, and records for timely reporting.
• Follow up on outstanding cases with branches, banks and stakeholders.
• Identify incomplete documentation or process issues and escalate when needed.
