Responsibilities

• Review and verify legal documentation for compliance with terms in the Letter of Offer and Credit Proposal.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (solicitors, valuers, Legal, Product, Sales, Business Units) to prepare and complete security documentation.
• Ensure facility disbursements comply with Bank policies, regulatory requirements, and turnaround times; fulfill all Conditions Precedent prior to disbursement.
