Job summary

SHEIN Star Pte. Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking a Social Commerce Manager to lead and optimize social commerce initiatives with a strong emphasis on livestream commerce.

You will plan, execute, monitor, and optimize activities across TikTok Shop and other channels, coordinating AI-enabled livestreaming, creator partnerships, and affiliate programs to drive GMV, traffic, and audience engagement. This hands-on consultancy engagement requires ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in social commerce or e‑commerce marketing.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• Understanding of GMV, traffic, conversion and ROI metrics.
• Experience with AI-enabled livestreaming or related technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social commerce strategies across live platforms.
• Plan AI-enabled and human-led livestream operations, including scheduling, product selection, scripts, and engagement.
• Manage KOL/creator and affiliate programmes, including outreach and performance monitoring.
• Build relationships with creators, affiliates, agencies, and external partners.
• Track KPIs such as GMV, traffic, conversion rate, and ROI; provide insights and recommendations.
• Monitor market trends and platform developments to identify opportunities.
• Provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
