Agensi Pekerjaan Executive Recruiters is seeking a Livestream Operations Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead the livestream hosts and operations team, coordinate daily activities across major platforms, and drive engagement and sales growth. You will develop SOPs, plan campaigns, and monitor KPIs such as GMV and viewer engagement, while coordinating content and campaigns with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of livestream operations, e-commerce, digital marketing, or related industries.
• Experience managing livestream hosts and operations team.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia for client communication.
• Willing to work flexible hours during campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support livestream hosts and operations team.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new livestream hosts.
• Monitor performance and coaching for engagement and sales conversion.
• Plan and coordinate daily livestream activities across platforms.
• Develop and implement livestream SOPs and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to prepare performance reports.
• Plan livestream themes, promotional activities, and product showcases.
• Identify market trends and competitors' livestream strategies.
