Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad seeks a dynamic Livestream Host and Content Creator to drive engaging live sessions and develop high-quality digital content for e-commerce platforms. You will plan, script and produce content across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and the company website, while coordinating campaigns and product launches.

The role requires strong on-camera presence, product storytelling, and ability to analyze performance data to boost reach, traffic and sales conversions.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Multimedia, E-Commerce or related field.
• Experience in livestream hosting or content creation is preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and CMS content management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Host livestream sessions on e-commerce platforms following the schedule and drive sales.
• Develop monthly content plans and create short-form videos and scripts for multiple channels.
• Coordinate with E-Commerce team on campaigns, pricing, stock and product links.
