Job summary

Konvy is expanding its Malaysia team to support daily livestream commerce operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other platforms. You will coordinate livestream sessions, prepare schedules, ensure equipment readiness, monitor performance, and support hosts to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly GMV targets.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field, strong organizational and analytical skills, and willingness to work flexible

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with spreadsheets proficiency.
• Good communication and teamwork with hosts and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in beauty, skincare or FMCG is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute daily livestream sessions across brands and platforms.
• Prepare livestream schedules, product lineups, and hosting arrangements.
• Ensure equipment, displays, inventory, and setup are ready for sessions.
• Monitor streams and provide real-time operational support to hosts.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions.
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly livestream targets (GMV).
• Track performance metrics: GMV, GMV/hour, conversion rate, viewership, AOV.
• Execute flash deals, vouchers, bundles, and exclusive promotions.
• Coordinate host schedules, attendance, and daily assignments.
• Brief hosts on product knowledge and campaign objectives.
