Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dynamic TikTok LIVE host to present, demonstrate and sell products in engaging live sessions. You will interact with viewers, explain benefits, and drive purchases through promotions and bundles, while keeping energy high and conversations natural.

Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; fresh graduates are welcome. Training provided and a fast-moving marketing team supports campaigns and content creation.

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging an online audience.
• Energetic, outgoing, with natural conversational style.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to explain products simply, persuasively and accurately.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to drive purchases during LIVE sessions.
• Quick-thinking during LIVE Q&A and events.
• Positive attitude, coachable and reliable with schedules.

Responsibilities

• Host regular TikTok LIVE selling sessions for the company.
• Present, demonstrate and explain products clearly and confidently.
• Engage with viewers, answer questions and respond to comments live.
• Introduce promotions, discounts, bundles and live offers.
• Encourage viewers to purchase during livestreams.
• Maintain high energy and audience engagement throughout sessions.
• Learn product features, benefits, pricing and promotions.
• Follow live scripts while keeping a natural presentation style.
• Collaborate with marketing/e-commerce on campaigns.
• Participate in TikTok videos and short-form content when required.
• Monitor performance and continuously improve presentation and sales conversion.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends and livestreaming techniques.
