Job summary

Shapee Trading & Distribution in Kempas, Johor seeks a live streaming host to present and promote products on platforms like TikTok, Shopee Live, and Facebook Live. The role focuses on confident product demonstrations, real-time viewer interaction, and driving sales during sessions.

Ideal candidates are energetic, comfortable on camera, and have an interest in social media content creation. Fresh graduates or SPM holders are welcome; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Confident in speaking and presenting on camera.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
• Energetic, outgoing and comfortable with live interaction.
• Interest in social media, TikTok, Shopee or content creation.
• Fresh graduates or SPM holders encouraged to apply; no live hosting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, and other assigned platforms.
• Present, promote, and demonstrate company products in a confident and engaging manner.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, respond to questions, and increase audience engagement.
• Drive sales conversion during live sessions through product promotion, campaigns, and special offers.
• Prepare and understand product knowledge before each live session.
• Participate in live script planning, content planning, and campaign discussions.
• Follow live streaming schedules including weekdays, weekends, daytime or nighttime sessions.
• Maintain professional communication and represent the brand during live sessions.
• Support sales targets, campaign KPIs, and performance objectives.
• Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and content team.
