Job summary

EUNIKI in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a full-time Livestream host to lead TikTok/Shopee sessions and social commerce campaigns. You will present products confidently, engage viewers in real time, and drive sales with strong calls-to-action.

You will prepare scripts with the commerce team, tailor selling points, monitor audience responses, and contribute to content creation. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Confident speaking in front of the camera
• Energetic, expressive and able to keep conversations flowing
• Strong selling and persuasion skills
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Chinese speaking is an added advantage
• Familiar with TikTok, Shopee, livestreaming and social media trends
• Sales, retail, promoter, emcee or LIVE hosting experience is an advantage
• Target-driven and comfortable working towards sales KPIs

Responsibilities

• Host livestreams on TikTok/Shopee and social commerce sessions
• Present, demonstrate and explain products confidently
• Engage actively with viewers and respond to comments in real time
• Create excitement, urgency and strong calls-to-action during LIVE
• Drive sales and achieve assigned LIVE GMV targets
• Understand product USPs and campaign mechanics before going LIVE
• Prepare scripts, selling points and LIVE flow with the commerce team
• Monitor viewer response and continuously improve hosting techniques
• Participate in short-form video/content creation when required
• Support brand campaigns, launches and promotional activities
