Job summary

HUMAN TO HUMAN AI SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic Live Streaming Host to present and promote beauty products through engaging live sessions on-site in Kuala Lumpur.

The role requires a confident presenter with strong communication skills and a passion for interaction with audiences. The ideal candidate has prior live streaming or hosting experience, a diploma in a relevant field, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia. English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in live streaming or hosting in a customer-facing role.
• Diploma or equivalent practical experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think on your feet during live sessions.
• Energetic personality with passion for engaging with people.
• Interest in beauty and wellness industry preferable.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media marketing.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (English a plus).

Responsibilities

• Host engaging live streaming sessions to promote beauty products and services.
• Showcase product features and demonstrations.
• Interact with viewers in real-time and answer questions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers online.
• Develop content ideas and scripts for live events.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide improvement feedback.
• Maintain a positive on-camera presence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
