Job summary

Pangu Running is seeking a seasoned Live Operations Manager to lead end-to-end livestream campaigns in Kuala Lumpur. You will plan schedules, coordinate hosts and teams, and ensure promotional mechanics are ready before each session.

You will monitor performance metrics, analyze data, report findings, and drive improvements for ROI and audience engagement. You will oversee campaigns on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live, and supervise junior operators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce live operations.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Lazada Live.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly.
• Familiar with live commerce tools, dashboards, and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the daily, weekly, and monthly live streaming schedule.
• Coordinate with hosts, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth live sessions.
• Ensure all products, pricing, vouchers, and promotional mechanics are prepared before each live.
• Monitor live performance, including GMV, viewers, engagement, conversion rate, and AOV.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Plan and execute platform campaigns (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).
• Create attractive live-exclusive promotions, vouchers, bundles, and flash deals.
• Supervise and guide junior live operators; train new team members on SOPs and best practices.
• Ensure the team follows operational standards and achieves KPIs.
• Work closely with marketing, warehouse, customer service, and product teams.
• Coordinate inventory availability before live sessions.
• Develop and improve live operation SOPs; maintain documentation.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, campaign opportunities, and live trends.
• Benchmark competitors and recommend strategies to improve performance.
• Drive monthly live sales and profitability targets; monitor team KPIs and ROI.
