Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Livestream Operations Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to manage daily livestreams, coordinate schedules, and optimize performance. You will work with hosts to prepare content, monitor quality, and ensure compliance while driving engagement and revenue through data-driven decisions.

The role requires experience in e-commerce, TikTok Shop, and livestream operations, with strong analytical and communication skills. Mandarin is a plus in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing/business/communications or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, TikTok Shop and livestream operations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.
• Solid understanding of livestream sales and audience engagement.
• Excellent organisational, planning and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiar with livestream platforms and analytics tools.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Proactive, responsible and results-driven with interest in e-commerce and livestreaming.

Responsibilities

• Livestream Operations & Account Management: manage daily livestream operations and performance.
• Plan and coordinate livestream schedules and sessions with hosts.
• Prepare livestream content and activities; monitor quality and compliance.
• Track KPIs and drive traffic, engagement, conversion and revenue.
