Job summary

TERANG MANJIT,AZMI & HARDIP SINGH invites a qualified lawyer in Johor Bahru to join our practice. You will handle court hearings, draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and advise clients on various matters.

The role also includes managing conveyancing transactions from inception to completion and liaising with counterparties. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure deadlines and court dates are met, and you will provide practical, clear legal opinions when required.

Responsibilities

• Attend Court proceedings, case managements, hearings and trials
• Draft pleadings, cause papers, affidavits, submissions and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions where required
• Attend to clients and provide appropriate legal advice
• Handle conveyancing matters, including sale & purchase transactions and loan documentation
• Manage files from inception to completion and liaise with relevant parties
• Ensure deadlines, Court dates and client matters are properly managed
