SCREEN SPE Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Process Engineer specializing in lithography and track systems to support our growing semiconductor operations in Malaysia.

Formación

• 3–5 years of direct process engineering experience in lithography within semiconductor manufacturing (FAB) or semiconductor equipment environments.
• Strong knowledge of photolithography fundamentals and coat/develop track systems.
• Deep understanding of fluid dynamics and chemical interactions.
• Hands-on experience with lithography metrology tools (CD-SEM, overlay, defect inspection).
• Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Excellent customer-facing communication, and strong documentation practices.
• Cleanroom experience and willingness to support irregular hours or standby rosters.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced process support for lithography systems (coater/developer tracks), ensuring CD control, uniformity, and low defectivity.
• Collaborate with customers' process integration and yield teams to resolve complex issues and optimize parameters.
• Characterize and qualify new lithography recipes, photoresists, BARC, and top-coat materials.
• Analyze lithography process variations and defects; develop OCAPs and improvement plans.
• Work with Service and Equipment Engineers to perform tool matching and interface optimization.
• Compile technical process evaluation reports and lead presentations in reviews.
