Private Advertiser in Kulim, Malaysia is seeking a Process Engineer specialized in Lithography (Litho process, Scanner, Photolithography). The role involves line support for lithography equipment, PM activities, and optimization of Overall Equipment Effectiveness.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in a related engineering field, has 3+ years of lithography experience, and is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Rotating shifts and collaboration with the maintenance team are expected.

Formación

• Diploma in a relevant engineering field is required.
• At least 3 years in lithography processes (coat, exposure, develop).
• Experience with lithography equipment and reading schematics.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work in rotating shifts.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide line support for equipment setup, recovery and corrective maintenance to meet KPIs in Litho department.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and document PM activities.
• Troubleshoot lithography tools and read schematics.
• Ensure 5S, Cleanroom and Safety Protocol compliance.
• Support tools setup, installation and qualification.
• Plan and execute projects to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (Speed/Cost/Quality).
• Train junior technicians to build skills for line sustaining activities.
• Support process team for evaluation and process verification.
