Jora Malaysia is seeking a Data Entry role to input patient details into the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and ensure correct test orders are placed. Qualifications

• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and information.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter patient information from the request form into the LIS, including demographics, doctor’s code, billing code and related data.
• Verify that correct tests are ordered based on the request.
• Notify Supervisor/Head of Department immediately about any discrepancies.
• Check entries to prevent data entry errors and review forms for completeness.
• Handle data entry queries from staff and doctors.
