Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years experience in production/logistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes and assist in establishing priorities.
• Coordinate production with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Review reports to identify nonconformities and improve operations.
• Monitor safety, housekeeping, and stocking of operation supplies.
• Track metrics and drive continuous improvement in defects and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to policies and proper use of resources.
