Job summary

Singda Superalloy PTE. LTD. is seeking a Line Leader in Johor. Responsibilities include executing daily production operations, monitoring quality, and coordinating tasks among team members. Candidates should have a minimum SPM or Diploma qualification, and leadership experience is preferred. The position involves a commitment to 12-hour shifts and offers allowances for transportation, meals, and communication. A competitive monthly salary ranging from MYR1800 to MYR2300 is provided.

Non-Executive

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production operations in accordance with process standards and production plans
• Assign and coordinate tasks for team members to ensure smooth production flow
• Monitor production processes, discipline, and product quality
• Identify, resolve, and report production and on-site issues
• Support production safety and 6S implementation
• Handle the Execution Management System (EMS) data entry and prepare shift production reports
• Train and guide team members on operational procedures and safety standards
• Oversee equipment maintenance and inspections
• Monitor team attendance and manage supplies
• Assist in product quality analysis and improvement actions

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with leadership experience will have an advantage
• Willing to work 6 days per week
• Able to commit to 12-hour shift work (Fixed OT)
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
