Job summary

BP Healthcare Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance professional to coordinate licence applications, renewals and amendments with government authorities and maintain the group’s regulatory register.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year experience dealing with government agencies, plus fluency in BM and English. Company benefits include health screening, medical consultations, staff discounts and physiotherapy assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Experience dealing with government agencies.
• Experience working in an administrative role.
• More than one year of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, submit and monitor applications for new licences, renewals, amendments, transfers and closures with relevant government authorities.
• Assist in preparing documentation and liaising with regulatory authorities for compliance, investigations and enquiries matters.
• Maintain register of all licences, permits and regulatory approvals for the Group.
• Collaborate with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.
• Monitor compliance activities across departments and identify trends.
• Other assignments as required by Management.
