Job summary

BP Healthcare Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance professional to coordinate licence applications, renewals and amendments with government authorities and maintain the group’s regulatory register.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year experience dealing with government agencies, plus fluency in BM and English. Company benefits include health screening, medical consultations, staff discounts and physiotherapy assessments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, submit and monitor applications for new licences, renewals, amendments, transfers and closures with relevant government authorities.
• Assist in preparing documentation and liaising with regulatory authorities for compliance, investigations and enquiries matters.
• Maintain register of all licences, permits and regulatory approvals for the Group.
• Collaborate with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.
• Monitor compliance activities across departments and identify trends.
• Other assignments as required by Management.

Job Descriptions:-

Coordinate, prepare, submit and monitor applications for new licences, renewals, amendments, transfers and closures of licences with the relevant government authorities.

Assist in preparing documentation and liaising with regulatory authorities for compliance, investigations and enquiries matters.

Maintain register of all licences, permits and regulatory approvals for the Group.

Collaborate with other departments (for example, HR, Directors, Consultants) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.

Monitors and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends.

Other assignments as and when given by the Management.

Job Requirements:-

Bachelor’s Degree of any related field

Experience dealing with government agencies

Experience working in an administrativerole

More than one (1) year working experience

Able to communicate in BM and English

Good to have: owns a transport

Strong team player.
