Job summary

Baker Tilly Malaysia is seeking a dedicated professional to manage and coordinate licensing, membership and regulatory compliance across the Firm and related entities.

You will liaise with authorities, support internal teams and ensure timely completion of statutory obligations. Strong experience in licensing and regulatory submissions is essential, along with meticulous documentation and proactive task management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified in the requirements.
• 11 years of relevant experience in licensing, registration, compliance or regulatory administration.
• Experience with professional licenses, registrations, renewals and regulatory submissions is advantageous.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with focus on accurate documentation.
• Proactive and results-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Well-organised with prioritisation of multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with licensing and regulatory requirements in audit/professional services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and monitor license applications, renewals and amendments to ensure timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain licensing and registration records, ensuring licenses remain valid and compliant across the Firm and related entities.
• Monitor changes in applicable regulatory requirements and coordinate internal communications and related processes.
• Liaise with licensing authorities, government agencies and regulatory bodies on licensing matters.
• Support the preparation of the Firm's annual transparency report by coordinating information with relevant departments.
• Assist with the System of Quality Management (SoQM) by maintaining records and following up on actions.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
