Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a licensing and regulatory affairs leader to oversee the Group Licensing & Authority function and ensure smooth daily operations. You will plan, assign and monitor the Executive’s work while reviewing licence applications and renewals for timely submissions.

You will liaise with government authorities, prepare management reports, and provide training to ensure compliance. A Diploma or Degree with 5+ years licensing experience is required, with strong Bahasa Malaysia and

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Legal Studies, Public Administration or related field required.
Minimum 5 years of licensing/regulatory experience.
Experience in handling licence applications, renewals and government submissions preferred.
Strong planning, coaching and leadership skills required.
Familiarity with government authority requirements (KPDN, APAD, JPJ, PUSPAKOM, BOMBA, DOE).
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

Lead the Group Licensing & Authority function and ensure daily operations run effectively.
Plan, assign and monitor the daily work of the Executive.
Review licence applications, renewals and supporting documents.
Monitor licence renewals within required timelines.
Provide guidance and support on licensing and regulatory matters.
Provide on-the-job training to the Executive to ensure compliance.
Prepare management reports, improvement proposals and recommendations.
Maintain a Group Master Licence Register for AN Group and subsidiaries.
Liaise with government authorities (KPDN, APAD, JPJ, PUSPAKOM, BOMBA, DOE).
Identify licence expiry or compliance risks and alert Management.
