Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking a proactive Sales Executive in Malaysia to drive sales of custom-designed premium merchandise, licensing products, and promotional campaigns. You will identify licensing opportunities across entertainment and lifestyle brands, negotiate deals, and coordinate with licensors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet client needs.

You will also generate meetings through cold outreach, present compelling product concepts, and track performance with regular sales reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
• Diploma or higher in marketing or similar discipline.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Identify new selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Achieve sales targets given.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Regularly update company information on website and social media.
