Job summary

Sinergia Talents Sdn Bhd is assisting a client, a small and fast-growing product and licensing solutions agency, to hire a results-driven Sales Executive in Malaysia. You will promote and sell custom-designed premium merchandise to kids, teens, and adults, while pursuing licensing opportunities.

Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, negotiating deals, coordinating with licensors and internal teams, and delivering engaging presentations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Keen eye for new trends and products.
• Fast learner with a passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
• Diploma or higher in marketing or similar discipline.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Identify new selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve results.
• Gather feedback from customers and share with internal teams.
• Regularly update the company's info on website and social media.
