Job summary

Sinergia Talents Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to actively promote and close deals for custom merchandise and licensing solutions in Malaysia. You will build relationships with clients, identify licensing opportunities, and coordinate with licensors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver premium promotional products.

Ideal candidates have proven sales experience, strong English, and presentation/negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Excellent English communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and presentations.
Strong negotiating and closing abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Identify new selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
Create regular reviews and sales reports.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Achieve sales targets and collaborate with the team.
Gather customer feedback and share with internal teams.
Regularly update company information on websites and social media.
