Job summary

MIE Industrial Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive professional to manage licensing and certification processes, client portals, and proposal preparation. The role supports the Business Development team by handling PQ submissions, grants, and campaign reports.

The position requires at least 1 year of related experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to coordinate documentation across departments. This on-site role offers growth within the MIE Group’s licensing and compliance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Admin or relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Strong presentation skills, particularly when engaging with potential clients, will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of licensing and certificate activities (new applications and renewals).
• Review and analyze licensing/certification requirements for the business profile and bidding.
• Identify and evaluate applicable grants for the group of companies.
• Act as custodian for client portals and keep information updated and maintained.
• Handle the SMART GEP system, monitor and respond to technical clarifications from clients.
• Assist in preparing PQ and proposals, including creating quotation numbers, BP entries, and claim forms for the Business Development team.
• Compile, organize, and submit required company information and financial data for PQ and proposals.
• Follow up with clients regarding PQ and proposal statuses.
• Provide weekly Marketing Sales Reports and coordinate supporting documents with related departments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data sources for business development activities.
• Maintain proper filing and recording systems and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
