Statutory Documentation – Prepare directors’ and members’ resolutions, statutory forms, and other documents in compliance with the Companies Act 2016.
Records Management – Maintain, update, and safeguard company secretarial records, registers, and corporate documents.
Regulatory Compliance – Ensure accurate and timely lodgment of statutory documents to SSM and relevant authorities.
Stakeholder Liaison – Communicate with SSM, auditors, lawyers, the stamping office, and other parties to ensure all documents comply with requirements.
Process Improvement & Support – Assist in enhancing secretarial workflows and systems while handling ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Must-Have:
Valid SSM practicing license, LS licence, or MIA membership
Minimum 3 years of company secretarial experience
High integrity, strong work ethics, responsibility, and discipline
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good-to-Have:
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
Experience improving secretarial processes or system workflows
